Working with Price Studios and Loughridge Construction, Waterstreet Studio master planned and programmed 22 acres of land in West Creek Industrial Park for this new, state of the art facility and entertainment venue. Upon completion, outdoor amenities will include beer gardens, wildflower meadows, orchard plantings, food truck plazas, upland, and creek-side trails, LID stormwater facilities, and a wedding/event lawn.
