Anna returned to Charlottesville and joined Water Street after ten years of experience working as a landscape architect with design firms in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Aspen, Colorado and her own firm, Grounded, in Denver, Colorado. Her project management experience ranges from public recreation centers and parks to estate and farm sites. Anna has a Master in Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from Brown University.
In a previous life, Anna worked for museums and private collectors in textile conservation developing an appreciation for the creative process and an attention to detail that she transfers to sites. In spare hours, she surfs design blogs, paints, rides her horses, and gives way too many dog baths.
